Samsung say this is compatible with the 2009 onwards range of Samsung televisions and Blu-ray players so it is unlikely it will be compatible.

I had to input my ip adress Etc… manually at dos prompt (ipconfig/all) gets you all the required info to input into the settings before it would connect to my router but once i put all of the details in it worked fine

There’s no simple answer as even a short distance can be affected by other factors such as wall construction, inteference etc. The only way is to try and see how you go.
I amd using the SAMSUNG WIS09ABGN Adaptor connected to my SAMSUNG UA46C7000WR LED TV and it works great..i got it for 200 AED(54$).this has all the multiple features to run on like A, G, N technology…if u use a Wireless N Router..u can stream FULL HD (1920 x 1080p) videos..i am satisfied with the adaptor but the price is a little bit higher than usual adaptors available in the markets…i suggest you can buy it if your Samsung Products supports Internet@TV features or DLNA..
